A SSL certificate in the chain of the certificate used for TLS 1.2 on https://app.testobject.com has expired. Any client (web browser, REST API client) using TLS 1.2 and making requests to https://app.testobject.com may see “certificate has expired” errors. Any client using TLS 1.3 is unaffected. We are working to rectify this issue.

Between 12:00 and 13:30 CET today, logging into the Legacy RDC UI from the Sauce Labs Dashboard was failing. Customers may have also seen app installation failures and failures launching the browser in Live Real Device tests from the Sauce Labs Dashboard. A fix was deployed which solved both issues

Between 0800 and 1500 CET, some apps uploaded to the new Sauce Application Storage service were corrupted. This caused app installation errors on Automated and Live Real Device tests and Automated Emulator/Simulator tests using the new Sauce Application Storage service (using the prefix "storage:" in the "app" capability). The problem has been fixed, but any app uploaded between these times that is exhibiting app installation errors should be uploaded again.
